We are looking for caring, compassionate, energetic, and motivated individuals who are passionate about improving the lives and mental health of our young people. Ideally, we are looking for registered nurses or social workers, but other registrations may be considered.

We are Contact Point, we receive referrals across Hull and East Yorkshire for Children & Young People who are seeking support with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. We work within the I Thrive model and assess the needs of young people and support families to navigate the systems to receive the right support at the right time.

Main duties of the job

You will have strong engagement skills, excellent communication skills and some experience of working collaboratively with other agencies and professions.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and undertake the Risk Screening and Triages of young people with their families.

You will also lead/supervise interventions provided by junior staff.

Experience of working with young people with emotional or mental health difficulties is essential.
