We are looking for a Digital Education Lead to join the NCA family and transform how education is delivered across the NCA.
We are looking to recruit an individual with creative flair who can, inspire and lead the technology-enhanced learning agenda across the organisation. This will include the adoption of technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, hybrid learning and simulation. Joining a highly skilled team you will lead in digital learning, readiness and innovation.

Main duties of the job
Deliver the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and the NHS Educator Workforce Strategy in terms of evolving innovative models of education through the use of immersive technologies and blended learning approaches.
Fully embed digital technology in training pathways, to support more efficient and effective ways of learning and improved learner experience.
Lead the Digital Learning, Readiness, and Innovation team to develop a culture that harnesses opportunities to deliver digital innovation across the NCA.
Ensure best practice and pedagogical principles are applied when producing fit for purpose, innovative learning solutions across the NCA.
Provide expert digital learning solutions to clinical and non-clinical settings.
Continuously innovate and make improvements across the NCA in line with NHS England Technology Enhanced Learning priorities of:Simulation and Immersive TechnologiesDigital Learning Solutions - virtual and hybridReadiness and Maturity AssessmentInnovative Platform SolutionsQuality Assurance
Develop digital diagnostic tools across the organisation and strategically support the organisations digital maturity in delivering digital skills, adoption, and solutions.
Fully embed digital technology in training pathways, to support more efficient and effective ways of learning and improved learner experience.

- Degree in appropriate discipline - digital design, digital learning IM& T (
- Higher degree in relevant digital or management subject or CMI membership
- Evidence of continued professional development
- A learning and teaching qualification or equivalent
Desirable

- PRINCE 2 or relevant project management experience
Knowledge and Skills

- Experience in design, planning and implementation of Digital projects/programmes
