Do you enjoy working creatively with people? Do you enjoy engagement and relationship building and working with people for longer periods of time?

We specialise in working with people with long term mental health conditions who live in block funded mental health supported accommodation. We aim to provide a range of support so that together, we can:

- Identify and build on positive things in the lives of clients

- Support client 'recovery' and achieve client goals

- Help clients to live as successfully and independently as possible within the community.

We provide a 'strengths based' model of care. We support people with mental and physical health through a range of interventions, including group activities, psychology, medicine and more. We are a small MDT including support workers as well as access to an employment specialist and welfare advisors. We work alongside clients, their carers, accommodation support workers, Southwark social workers, inpatient wards, GPs and more.

We are based just a short walk from Denmark Hill train station, Maudsley Hospital and King's College Hospital. There are lots of place to get lunch nearby. We are a small supportive team and we try to have lunches out together a few times a year.
