Main duties of the job

• Provide a clear and robust focus for clinical leadership and professional clinical guidance and will have lead responsibility for the development of clinical staff and their practice within the team.
• Responsibility for providing assurance that high nursing standards are met in the treatment of service users as a full and integral part of multi-disciplinary teams and services whilst overseeing referrals to and exits from the service.
• Responsible for appropriate clinical risk assessment of service users.
• Providing effective advice, guidance and decision making processesculminating in the coordination of any reviewed plan of care.
