Main duties of the job
Working shifts as a registered nurse on the vascular ward. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team, to deliver the highest quality care to our patients, in line with our trust values.
As an accountable registered nurse you will be responsible for delivering excellent care to an allocated group of patients providing total patient care.
Clinical duties include acute and chronic surgical care, managing deteriorating patients, wound management, pain management, diabetes management, health promotion, patient education, complex discharge planning, sepsis treatment, end of life care, dementia and delirium care. Exciting opportunities exist to join our teams working within our inpatient Vascular wards.
