We are looking for nurse leaders who can support teams across the area of responsibility to further build their clinical capability and confidence. We are really interested, not just in your clinical excellence, but also your ability to be a visible, optimistic, and compassionate leader who will develop staff by understanding their needs and aspirations, bringing your ideas, and actively contributing to further improve collaborative working across the clinical areas.
