The Integrated Medicine Directorate is looking for two Administration Support Managers to join our team. One will be based at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend and one will be based at Prince Charles Hospital, Merthyr Tydfil.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve and work well as part of a team.

Have you got supervisory experience?
Do you have sound organisational skills and are you able to work in a busy environment?

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work with the Directorate Management Team in overseeing the junior medical workforce. This will include roster management, recruitment, absence monitoring and locum usage where appropriate.
The postholder will also be responsible for the line management of the administrative team within Integrated Medicine at the Princess of Wales Hospital / Prince Charles Hospital.
The postholder will also provide operational support to the directorate in supporting the delivery of services and associated performance indicators.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
