If this sound like you, then please get in touch as we are seeking someone to join our dynamic digital team. In this critical role, you will ensure stability, reliability & efficiency of our Digital services that directly support our Trust.

This role offers the ability to make a tangible difference in our Health & Care Trust setting, where reliability is paramount. Youll be part of a forward-thinking team, using your expertise to ensure operational excellence.

Main duties of the job

A typical week will see you reviewing incident reports to identify trends or recurring issues. Hosting meetings to ensure alignment on changes and departmental priorities.

You will lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) & Clinical CAB meetings, assessing risks & coordinating approvals to planned changes to ensure smooth, low-impact implementation.

You will delve into root causes of problems & major incidents, supporting technical teams to identify & communication suitable workarounds.

Producing metric & performance reports for Trust dissemination & assurance, highlighting digital successes and areas for improvement.

You will also drive service quality CSI initiatives and improvements related to Change & Problem.

Each task supports the stability, reliability and continued growth of the Digital team, keeps our solutions running and enable seamless patient care.

You will be required to work from Kings Court 1, Worcester. The contracted hours are 37.5, working Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to degree level in related subject or equivalent qualifications/experience
  • Qualified in the process of Change, problem and/or service management
  • I understand that I will be asked to provide original certificates to verify my qualifications at point of offer.


Desirable

  • (ITIL) accreditation at Foundation level or higher

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of gaining commitment from key stakeholders, ability to influence stakeholders to instigate business change
  • Experience in managing relationships and co-ordinating work between cross organisational teams
  • Experience of researching best practice (globally, private and public sector), interpreting its relevance and processes/ practices which could be implemented successfully to achieve system reform (advising on policy implementation)
  • Experience of using various reporting tools/methods and providing high level management reports
  • Experience of interpreting data, creating designs and topology, developing or programming and maintaining documentation relating to software and applications support
  • Experience of managing and overseeing the operation of information system plans, design, develop, adapt and improves systems/applications to meet changing requirements/ specifications
  • Experience of attending or chairing Change and Management boards


Desirable

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an IT management role
