Working with the Divisional Management Team, the post holder will contribute to the development, delivery and translation of Divisional and Trust clinical service strategies, corporate and divisional objectives and the development and implementation of business plans and service developments.
Main duties of the job
Communicate clear and positive messages to staff, the Divisional Board, other parts of the Trust and key stakeholders. Translate highly complex information into easy to disseminate communications.
Deliver access target compliance for Cancer Waiting Times and RTT for Gynaecology.
Lead the development of an enabling culture within the Division that supports staff from across all 4 sites to succeed and flourish
