We are seeking a People & Culture Projects Manager.
The posts primary importance is in the innovative approach to the delivery of our People & Culture Services in line with our Trust Strategy.
The post holder will be responsible in the creation and delivery of all new People & Culture service projects whilst supporting the People & Culture Service Desk Team Leader and Team with any complex issues or queries.
Flexible working options can be discussed for the appointed candidate. Hybrid working can be an expected offer for the post holder.
Main duties of the job
As thePeople & Culture Systems Project Manager you will act as a ''system expert'' for both the staff e-rostering system and ESR (payroll database system commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care for the NHS). Possessing the ability to use the systems at a complex level, utilising the high-level understanding in the systems capability to ensure maximum usage and recognising future systems development and utilisation, benefitting the Trust and all system users.
You will deputise in the absence of the e-Roster or ESR Manager to oversee both day to day and the implementation of projects and delivery plans

Essential
- Project Manager Qualification or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Level 5 CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- PRINCE2 Qualified or working towards
Skills
Essential
- Using electronic systems that benefit the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Excellent customer service experience, evidence of working at all levels.
Desirable
- Understanding of Agenda for Change and Medical Terms and conditions.
- Confident in all MS Office programmes to deliver clear and concise reports and project trajectories.

- Previous experience of managing a team and managing staff outside of own remit
- Project management and project completion
- Working within a People & Culture environment
- Excellent customer service experience, evidence of working at all levels
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

- Previous NHS Experience
- Familiar with NHS based systems e.g. ESR Self-Service
- Delivery of service transformation to automation
- Successful rollout of Medics Rostering project
