Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen to take a lead role in alternate pathway development within the Lincolnshire Division of EMAS.

The key aspect of the role will be as follows:
  • Improve utilisation of pathways
  • Education of staff regarding new pathways
  • Work with external colleagues to generate new pathways
  • Represent the interests of EMAS at multiple forums
  • Provide ideas and policy input to improve hospital avoidance

This role is flexible in nature and will be based between home working and fixed EMAS sites.

An expectation to complete 1 x clinical shift per week as an operational clinician.
