An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Colleague Engagement Facilitator to join the Colleague Experience Team at the Norther Care Alliance. We are happy to discuss flexible or reduced hours.
Working as an integral member of the Colleague Experience team you will support the delivery of the colleague engagement agenda across the NCA ensuring that colleague engagement becomes a core part of the organisation's culture. In particular you will support the end to end delivery of the National Staff Survey and Pulse Surveys working to improve engagement scores and ensuring that colleague engagement remains a key part of the delivery of the NHS people plan.
Happy to discuss flexible/reduced hours and home/remote working.

Main duties of the job
Working as part of the Colleague Experience Team you will support the colleague engagement agenda across the NCA ensuring that colleague engagement becomes a core part of the organisation's culture and support the NCA in becoming an employer of choice.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the National Staff Survey and Pulse Surveys working to improve response rates and engagement scores year on year through innovative engagement plans, as such you will have some practical knowledge of engagement strategies, experience of communicating and reporting using a range of creative communication channels and be confident with data analysis and reporting. In particular, you will have the knowledge to confidently use Microsoft Work, Excel and Powerpoint.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels enabling you to work collaboratively across the NCA.You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent level experience . Most importantly you will be passionate, motivated and proactive, have excellent organisational skills and confidently able to manage multiple priorities. You will have the ability to travel across our sites across Greater Manchester.
