This is an exciting opportunity to join the developing Programme Management Office (PMO) within Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
Due to the need to deliver both a significant cost improvement plan and several transformational projects to support the delivery of the Trust's strategic priorities, the opportunity has arisen to support this efficiency and delivery function within the organisation.
This is a hands-on role and you will be required to fully understand and be part of what it is you will be delivering. From identifying opportunities through to demonstrating the benefits of your delivered projects.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and effective communicators, able to build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
The postholder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of an evolving programme in a fast-paced environment.

We provide emergency and non-emergency services to the residents of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon, including the major towns of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate and Redhill a community of over 535,000 people.
