An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic registered general nurse to join the treatment room service and be part of a friendly and dynamic team providing nursing care to the diverse patient population of North Manchester.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a high standard of care, utilising specialist skills in the assessment, planning and implementation of pro-active nursing care to non-housebound patients referred to the Leg Ulcer and Treatment Rooms services in the North Manchester locality. This will involve all aspects of the prevention and management of leg ulcers, wounds, catheter management stoma management, administration of injections and any further care that the service is commissioned to provide.
