We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated Radiographers who enjoy the challenges a Major Trauma Centre (MTC) will offer within a friendly multidisciplinary team in a central London location.
St Mary's Hospital is one of four Major Trauma Centre's (MTC's) in the London region with a dedicated Acute Imaging Centre containing a recently upgraded CT scanner and a separate Paediatric A& E.
The post will give you the opportunity to build on your existing clinical skills in all areas of the General Imaging Department including A& E across a range of specialties and developing new skills in CT and Angio. Education and training are key elements of the department.
The Imaging Department at St Mary's Hospital performs a comprehensive range of procedures over all modalities. Being flexible and innovative in your ways of working will be fundamental to your role and good communication skills are essential. We also teach radiography students from a number of London Universities.
As part of the first Academic Health Science Centre, our aim is to provide world-class healthcare to our patients through excellence in research, education and training. - To work as part of a multi-disciplinary imaging team providing a high-quality diagnostic service.
