The nationally accredited NWL Inner Boroughs PR Service (under Imperial) has successfully secured funding for a Band 5 Exercise Practitioner to joint he service on a 12 month contract.

This new role will help to support the PR lead in addressing service inequity and long term self-management within the PR service. The successful applicant will support the PR lead and Band 6 Social Prescriber in providing service promotion and awareness in hard to reach areas and work with community teams to improve patient care and support uptake. As part of the role, they will provide alternative options for patients who are unable to attend/partake in traditional PR models.
