We are very pleased to be able to offer an opportunity to join our Technology Enhanced Learning team, as part of the Learning and Organisational Development Team here at CPFT.
This role would suit someone with keen attention to detail and process, balanced with a flexible and naturally curious and creative approach. A good candidate will have strong administrative and/or learning support background with a particular interest in the innovative use of emerging learning technologies. They will be able to contribute to the development of blended learning programmes including review of effectiveness in meeting staff needs, and reporting on training activity.
An excellent candidate will be able to demonstrate their professionalism and innovative attitude to challenges in the workplace, and a commitment to empowering others.

- To provide daily administrative management and troubleshooting of queries relating to digital learning content and training data.
- To communicate complex training requirements to a wide range of staff with varying IT knowledge.
- To train nominated Trust staff, where necessary, on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- To manage and prioritise workloads, use own initiative and work without direct supervision although under the guidance of Learning and Development Consultant
- To deliver learning content developments in a timely manner, prioritising work appropriately and using project management tools to help achieve this.
- To participate in and contribute to departmental projects as required, evaluating risks to new solution implementation.
- To maintain data quality and integrity of training records held within Learning Management Systems.
- To act as a TEL champion and create champions within the Trust to increase take up.
- To plan and manage own complex workload where work is unpredictable.
- To develop and maintain virtual learning environments to support programmes and courses.
- To create and maintain complete records and documentation in relation to the digital learning content development.
- Produce, develop, and promote user guides and support material to enable learners to make best use of all the learning resources available.
- Ensure that all materials associated with CPFT Academy online presence are kept updated in line with changes to the software and/or business processes.
- Participate in the production or review of reports, procedures, policies, guidelines, and other documentation as required.
