Staff Nurse - Emergency, Acute & Elderly Medicine

Main duties of the job
You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care with opportunities to increase your skills, knowledge and experience. You must possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. We aim for our new team members to develop and take an active role in helping to make improvements on the unit and most importantly, to the care given to our patients.
Supported by the Practice Development team, you will receive a thorough induction and a tailored orientation programme, as well as a period of supernumerary practice. All newly qualified nurses will be offered our accredited preceptorship programme. Continuing professional development and post-registration education is actively encouraged through the provision of in-house study days and courses at the local universities to help build your nursing career.
