Working Part time : 14.25 hours per week (2 days - Thursdays and Friday)
The Home Oxygen Team are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurse to the Respiratory Care Team within the Urgent Care Division.
This is a real opportunity to work with a dynamic team to improve the care of respiratory patients, performing comprehensive assessments of patient needs, planning, implementing and evaluating care delivery according to changing health care needs.
Main duties of the job
You will work closely with all members of the Respiratory multi- disciplinary team, contributing to weekly MDT meetings, supporting and independently delivering both new diagnosis, review clinics, home assessments and developing nurse led clinics.
You will be liaising and working alongside other care providers internally and externally including CWP and the Community Home Oxygen team.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £23 (standard) or £43 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first three months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.
New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
