Main duties of the job
* Assist in the development and implementation of our UPLIFT social media communication strategy to increase awareness and promoteengagement with our target audience.* Create and publish engaging content across UPLIFT's social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.* Monitor and respond to interactions with followers and online community, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns.* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message for UPLIFT is communicated across all social media channels.* Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices to continually improve our social media presence.* Create content for the UPLIFT Asylum website.* Provide support regarding the facilitation and running of workshops and data collection.

A LYPFT research project (UPLIFT Asylum) has been awarded a grant to engage asylum seekers and refugees who areexperiencing perinatal mental illness, in research. We are going to do this via social media (TikTok and Instagram), a website, andwellbeing workshops. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has an interest in perinatal mental health and experiencewith social media to join the team. Working with the project team, asylum seekers and other stakeholders, they will providecomprehensive social media support through excellent and creative written, digital and face to face communication as well asassisting with organisation and running of focus groups and workshops. They will also support the Chief Investigator (CI) andmembers of the project team to successfully deliver the aims and objectives of the UPLIFT project. This is a unique project andone that will allow you to express yourself creatively in healthcare while engaging with a very vulnerable group who we hope willget great benefits from it. It will also provide you with experience in research, and the opportunity to work within the researchand development team.
