It is an exciting opportunity for an independent Nurse prescriber to join our nurse team working either full-time or part-time hours. We are looking for an NMC registered independent prescriber with experience in anticoagulation therapy preferred but not essential as you will be supported with training and education.

- Provide a Nurse Led Anticoagulation Service offering advice and expertise within the area of anticoagulation.
- To provide a prescribing and advisory service for all oral and parenteral anticoagulants for inpatients and outpatients
- To provide advice on all areas of anticoagulation therapy to colleagues and clients
