- Clinical Excellence: Lead clinical activities within Allergy & manage the chest clinic & Allergy CNS Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurse-led allergy clinics & collaborate with the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
- Work cross-site and provide cross-cover for colleagues as needed.
- Innovate & improve our allergy services, supporting forward development.
Main duties of the job
- As part of your role, you will need to effectively engage with clinical staff, peer groups and service users, to provide a high level of service.
- You will directly and indirectly influence all aspects of care delivery & management of the service facilitating a positive and seamless patient pathway, ensuring the patient experience and clinical outcomes are maintained and improved at every opportunity.
- With effectual leadership and organisational skills, you will demonstrate the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as a member of the Multi-professional team.
