We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our admission avoidance service as part of a team working across all the front door areas. This position offers the opportunity to develop clinically and managerially in a fast paced environment working within our established Inpatient Therapy Team.

In return we offer training and clinical development opportunities with a comprehensive in-service training program and regular clinical supervision. We also provide additional support in order for staff to attend recognised courses within the area of the post to support staff development. The Therapy Team is also committed to supporting the development of leadership skills at Band 6 encouraging staff to attend relevant courses provided by the Trust.

You will demonstrate an ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for day to day management of the service delivery and manage a complex caseload with support from your band 7 team lead.
