An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Ophthalmology in the Eye Emergency and Outpatient departments.
The working hours vary. There is flexibility required in order to work weekends and bank holidays.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and caring registered practitioner who is able to demonstrate a high standard of clinical practice to join this very busy Eye Emergency Department. You must possess excellent communication skills and team working qualities with a willingness to learn.
We offer in-house training in accordance with the Ophthalmic Common Core Competency Framework (OCCCF), and will teach the practical skills required.
We are looking for individuals who will enjoy working as part of the multidisciplinary team. The Eye Department is a fast paced environment where positive attitudes, energy and innovation are welcomed.
The successful candidate will need to develop a range of skills to enable them to cover all aspects of the care we provide to our patients, this includes:
