Knowledge Requirements

Essential

  • Good communication skills with clear written and oral skills
  • Proven management skills- effective organisation abilities, supervisory skills, leadership skills


Qualifications

  • 1 st level Registered Nurse
  • Evidence of personal and professional development in critical care practice/ management


Desirable

  • Diploma level study Or the willingness to undertake


Experience

Essential

  • 4 years post registration 2 years within Accident & Emergency
