Cardiff and Vale UHB Occupational Therapy Band 6 Rotation
We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join our Band 6 rotation within Cardiff and Vale Occupational Therapy Service. Rotational opportunities are available in a range of acute, rehab and community settings.
Main duties of the job
The rotation provides the opportunity to work within a range of clinical services and teams both in hospital and community across Cardiff and Vale, enabling you to build your knowledge and skills across different specialisms.
All Band 6 positions will be supported with induction/training and supervision. You will be supported in your development underpinned by the RCOT Pillars of Practice and Cardiff and Vale Occupational Therapy Strategy. You will deliver occupationally focused practice, delivering outcomes that matter to people using evidence based practice and research.
Opportunities for development of supervisory skills will be available and engagement in service development/improvement projects and role promotion encouraged. A seven-day service is delivered in some services.
