An exciting opportunity has arisen within the South Rural Community Therapy Team.
We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for delivering effective, appropriate, and timely therapy support for patients in their own homes, ensuring that they avoid unnecessary admissions to hospital and providing goal focused rehabilitation.
The South Rural Team covers a beautiful area in Suffolk that includes Hadleigh, East Bergholt and Holbrook and will be based at Beacon House, Ipswich.
Please note a driving licence and access of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this role
This is a full-time position, with hours/pattern of work to be negotiated.
Part time hours may be considered.
We are fortunate enough to be co-located with our nursing and social care colleagues and work collaboratively as part of the South Rural Integrated Neighbourhood Team.
This is an opportunity to work within a knowledgeable and experienced team, working closely with the wider MDT and other community networks. We are looking for someone that is flexible, motivated, and willing to work within a changing environment. We will provide support through in-service training and professional forums, Mandatory training, 1:1 and personal development meetings as well as clinical rolling skills training via the practice development facilitators.
