Come and join our dynamic Specialist Mental Health Senior Leadership Team. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to transforming community mental health services for our Cheshire East and Cheshire West population. You will be working alongside a well established Specialist Mental Health Senior Leadership Team including, Clinical Leads, Operational Leadership and Corporate Leadership who will support you in delivering on Community Mental Health Transformation.
You will navigate a thriving and dynamic health and social care landscape whilst promoting CWP strategic aims and ambitions in the Cheshire West and Cheshire East locality, seeking to promote consistency across the two patches. You will be involved in service innovation with the intention of transforming community mental health services for our service users and their carers.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will take a lead role in a comprehensive review of Community Mental Health with a view to delivering evidence based integrated care within Western and Eastern Cheshire Secondary Care Mental Health services.
You will be liaising with Clinical and Corporate Services. External stakeholders including partner organisations, service users and carers. Other regular external contacts will include Private, Independent and 3rd sector organisations

- Qualification to Degree level or equivalent experience
- Qualified mental health practitioner
- Evidence of continual professional development

- Clear understanding of strategic direction of CWP
- Understanding of NHS and social care
- Understanding of the Delivering Quality Innovation Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) agenda and the resources available to facilitate change
- Specialist knowledge of key service design tools and methodologies eg care pathway re-design, demand and capacity analysis, process mapping, statistical process control, role redesign, lean thinking
- Specialist knowledge on national evidence on best practice, evidence based models of care, clinical standards and guidelines that need to inform service design
- A sound knowledge of and experience of project management skills in the development of new services
