Are you an experienced, motivated musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist looking for a new challenge as part of a dynamic, innovative and supportive team?
We have the perfect opportunity for you to become an Enhanced Physiotherapy Practitioner within our MSK Physiotherapy service. This role involves working as a Spinal specialist within MSK physiotherapy, offering assessment, advice, treatment and support to patients and staff throughout the MSK pathway.

You will be joining a highly motivated team of Band 4 exercise instructors, Band 5s, 6s, Enhanced and Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners, delivering a proactive multidisciplinary approach to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with the team and lead on the delivery of consistently high quality care. You will offer clinical support and supervision to the team as well as leading on the yearly IST programmes and service audits.
Main duties of the job
This role will see and treat complex musculoskeletal injuries as an autonomous practitioner.
Undertake clinics within the Musculoskeletal service, assessing new referrals from GP's, consultants and other physiotherapists. Be able to request appropriate investigations based on level of competence.
To act as a source of expertise on the management of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as providing an advisory service to patients, other physiotherapists, other healthcare professionals and the primary healthcare teams, including GP's and FCP's.
