Job responsibilities

This vacancy is open to those who have a current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse or Midwife in the UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC Pin within the next 2-3 months.

Please note an NMC PRN Pin is not a full NMC Pin and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role.

The NCA can no longer accept applications from International Nurses and Midwives who are yet to complete all competencies needed to receivea full NMC PIN to practice in the UK as we have paused our OSCE programme indefinitely. • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Part 1 Adult/ General Level 1or 2)

Qualifications

• Degree/ diploma in nursing studies (or equivalent nursing qualification and experience)

Knowledge, Training & Experience

• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD)
• Display good clinical knowledge which is based on research evidence

Desirable

• Evidence of supervisor compliance
• Experience working as a qualified nurse under NMC guidance
• Evidence of involvement in teaching
