THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 9 MONTHS DUE TO MATERNITY COVER.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dedicated General Medical Ward, transitioning to Diabetes and Endocrinology at Glan Clwyd Hospital where we are motivated by innovation, the desire to make a difference and our passion for patient centred care. At all ties keeping the patient and their family/carer at the centre of all we do.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
