To provide nursing expertise, facilitate evidence-based patient care.To support the Trust strategy of delivering a quality healthcare service forpatients and their families.To work within and to support the Trust objectives and the ward departmentphilosophy and standards.To supervise and direct junior staff, to act as a resource to provide educationand training and this may include members of the multi-disciplinary team. You maybe required to take charge of the ward area in the absence of Ward Manager/deputies.
