We are seeking passionate and skilled Cardiovascular Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist with special interest in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation, or an Exercise Specialist with appropriate training and experience to join our dynamic and caring cardiac rehabilitation team. You will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from heart conditions, surgeries, and chronic cardiovascular disease by designing and delivering personalised exercise and rehabilitation programs. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will contribute to improving patients' cardiovascular health, fitness, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cardiovascular fitness assessments and stress tests.
  • Develop, prescribe, and monitor individualised exercise programs for cardiac rehabilitation.
  • Educate patients on heart health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Support patients in safely regaining physical fitness post-cardiac events.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitor and adjust patient progress through supervised exercise sessions, virtual and home programmes

Working Pattern: 7.5 hour days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - this pattern may be changed due to needs of the service.
