We're Hiring: Band 6 ODP/Anaesthetic Nurse/Recovery Nurse and Scrub Nurses

Who we're looking for:

- Registered ODPs or Nurses with nationally recognized qualifications in anaesthetics.

- Experienced Recovery Nurses and Scrub Nurses.

- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the specialty.

- Motivated individuals who thrive in busy settings and are committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards and fostering continuous improvement.

- Professionals eager to develop their leadership and managerial capabilities.

Main duties of the job

  • To demonstrate politeness, courtesy and sensitivity in dealing with patients/clients, visitors/relatives and colleagues, maintaining good customer relations.
  • Contribute towards sharing good practice within the department and Trust wide.
  • To promote a positive image of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust at all times.
  • To work cohesively with all members of the ward team in ensuring that the very best services to patients are provided at all times.
  • Adhere to and actively promote our vison Better health for life.
  • Be involved in Imperial College Healthcare's organisational development plans to transform the hospital to meet the needs of future, this will include upholdingImperial's core values.
  • Work towards provision of support mechanisms for sharing good practice within the Department and Trust wide.
  • Assist in the programme and provide clinical supervision, as required for all registered staffs working in the Department.
  • Work towards maintaining and promoting effective communication with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and other Departments, including developing your formalpresentation skills.
