Based at The Royal Oldham Hospital, as one of our Estate Managers, you will manage a team within the Estates department.
With the opportunity to manage a range of works across the hospital site you will deliver improvements that provide a positive impact on operations affecting patient care.
While the job description does lean into M& E disciplines, if you have a broad range of experience within general buildings services and a solid understanding of UK compliance we are very keen to hear from you.
While we are not restricting our search to candidates within the NHS (National Health Service), a background in healthcare would be advantageous. What is key for us, is an individual with a passion for delivering excellence with great communication skills and experience successfully managing a team.

About us
The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) provides hospital and integrated health and social care services to over one million people living across Greater Manchester.
