We are pleased to be able to offer a number of exciting Band 6 opportunities to join our dynamic and expanding tissue viability and wound clinic team in Barnet at CLCH one of the biggest community healthcare providers in the UK.

Main duties of the job
We require a Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse with experience of working with adult patients managing complex wounds.
You must be keen to learn and to develop your assessment and treatment skills and knowledge.
You must be well organised with good communication skills.
Being a team player who can work as part of a multidisciplinary team is also essential to this role as well operate autonomously.
The successful candidate will rotate across the wound clinic and leg ulcer clinic whilst also supporting with domiciliary visits, care homes and the wider CLCH community services.
