An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Cancer and Clinical Haematology Board.
The post will focus on improving access to prostate cancer treatments through the development of safety netted patient pathways that reduce outpatient attendances and traditional consultant review. This will be achieved through the establishment of risk stratified optimal treatment pathways that encourage patient self-management, supported by remote monitoring and digital call and recall systems.
