We are recruiting for a Business Coordinator who share/s our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
As a business coordinator you will provide a central point of reference for the Cancer Service Divisional Management team and support the Operational Management Team in the improvement and development of systems and processes to enhance quality and efficiency across cancer services.
You will handle enquiries and deal with issues which relate to the divisional management team. This may include dealing with information of a confidential and sensitive nature daily.
Support projects within the Division to ensure delivery of excellent clinical services and support the clinical teams to implement new ways of working.

Main duties of the job
Undertaking delegated projects relevant to area of responsibility and any Trust initiated projects were deemed appropriate in relation to the MVCC.
Working with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to identify patient pathway/performance issues and potential solutions for further discussion within the Trust Divisions.
Preparing reports that track project progress and maintain up to date actions for the various work streams.
To provide effective leadership and performance management of administration staff.
