Due to an exciting collabration with Velindre Gynae-Oncology team, we have a rare opportunity for a band 7 highly specialist Physiotherapist to join our pelvic health team at Cardiff & Vale University Health Board. We are looking for a motivated, driven and experienced clinician, who has a passion for service development. This role will work with our clinical lead and wider team to develop a late effects clinic for gynae-onocology patients as well as managing a complex clinical case load of both bladder and bowel patients. You will work closely with the wider MDT and will be part of a passionate team based at the university hospital of Wales.
Main duties of the job
This exciting new role will work alongside the clinical lead for pelvic health and the Velindre MDT to develop a service to support patients post gynae-onocology surgery. They will manage a highly specialist clinical case load of both bladder and bowel patients along side the pelvic health team. There will be an opportunity to work along side our consultants in the pelvic hub as well as some cover of our anti-natal wards. Service improvement will be an important part of this role as we are looking to develop our service working closely with national leads to develop pathways and improve access.

- Evidence of M-Level Learning in relevant Speciality
- Evidence of relevent CPD and personal development

- Experience of managing highly complex patients who present with bladder and bowel dysfunction
