We currently have opportunities to join the Nursing Bank within Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) in Watford as a Community Psychiatric Nurse/Social Worker

All roles on the bank are for as and when workers and therefore in particular may suit those already working part-time, with other commitments, or who want to work on a short-term basis.

Job Summary:
  • The post-holder will be responsible for the clinical and operational day to day service delivery ensuring that an individualised comprehensive assessment and Care Management service is effectively delivered.
  • Responsibilities include the clinical and operational supervision of junior nursing staff and students as delegated by the team manager.
  • To be accountable for delivering a quality services that is effective and efficient in line with the organisations objectives and performance indicators.
  • To contribute to strategic service development working collaboratively with other agencies.
