Are you an experienced, motivated and dynamic clinical leader looking for your next challenge?
Can you lead a team to provide high standards of nursing care?
If so, we are looking to appoint a Ward Manager for The Hartshome Centre- our 10 bedded male psychiatric intensive care unit.
A rare opportinity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative Ward Manager to lead our 9 plus 140 bedded, Male Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit based in Lincoln.
Working alongside our Inpatient multidisciplinary team and supported by the Matron, Service Manager and Quality and Improvement Lead as well as other Ward Managers, you will be part of an expanding service that supports men within our Acute mental health pathway.
The ward is a fast paced environment that offers a number of challenges but also a number of rewards.
Who are we looking for?
This exciting opportunity would be best suited for someone with a proven record of excellent clinical experience, who is a positive, resilient, compassionate, enthusiastic leader with highly-developed organisational and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be a role model, with the ability to deliver high quality care for our patients; inspiring and leading others to ensure this.
Your skills should enable you to meet the requirements of this demanding post which include balancing operational management, professional leadership and the active ongoing development of the service.
N.B This post attracts a further environmental allowance of £3,000 per annum
