Our Mid Surrey Community Mental Health Team for Older People (CMHTOP) provides multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment for older adults with functional and organic mental health needs. We are looking for clinicians who have a specific interest and passion for working with older adults, their families and carers.
We are delighted to invite you to our recruitment open day where you will have an opportunity to meet the Sector Manager and Team Leads and talk to them about the specific roles, and wider team learn more about our Trust, and learn about how we can support your career and future progression. There will also be the opportunity to be interviewed on the day, should you wish, so you could go home with a job offer!

Horizon is centrally located in Epsom and is approximately a 7-10 minute walk from Epsom train station with several car parks nearby.

- A clinical qualification to degree level or equivalent
- RMN registered with the NMC
Experience

- Band 6 - One-year post registration - either RMN, Occupational therapy or social worker qualification experience OR Previous experience of working in the Community minimum one year
- Band 7 - Have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with people with MH needs, 2 of which must be at a band 6 with Community Mental Health experience
