An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mental health nurse working within the adult mental health team at Parkway Centre, Havant. You will have the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and provide support to people with severe and enduring mental health needs, who require community support. The work is varied and interesting and there is a strong team approach ensuring good support for the successful applicant. The role requires lone working, use of initiative and a commitment to team working and service user empowerment. You will need to be able to work flexibly and to demonstrate solid experience of the CPA process, risk assessment, and the recovery model.Valid driving license and access to suitable vehicle for work purposes is essential.
