The Winchester Adult CMHT is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and talented professional to join the team. To fulfil the requirements of this role you need to hold a professional registration in Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy and be competent in completing high quality assessments of individual’s needs. The successful applicant will be expected to carry a caseload and participate in the teams “shared care” rota. As the successful candidate will be working alongside other agencies to promote holistic recovery focused care as well as producing reports, completing audits, and running clinics as necessary, excellent communication skills are a must.

As this role is community based, applicants will need to hold a full UK driving licence (or equivalent) and have access to a suitable vehicle for work.

The NHS pay scales have not yet been updated for 2022. Confirmation issued on 19th July that they will be increased in line with the statement available on the NHS
