We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Midwives who would like the opportunity to develop their clinical and management skills.
We are looking for a dynamic, and experienced Midwives to deliver excellent leadership to the Delivery team. You also need to be able to demonstrate excellent clinical skills to support and develop junior Midwives.
Band 7 co-ordinator is responsible and accountable for safe and effective person-centred care that is provided by Midwives and support staff to meet the individual needs of pregnant women. This is provided in a safe and supportive environment.
Demonstrate effective resource management to include budgets and have a good understanding of current governance processes.
Main duties of the job
Leads by example as the expert practitioner providing organisation and leadership to the multi-professional team. To deputise when necessary for Operational Management.

- Registered Midwife
- Intravenous accreditation
- Relevant experience in midwife and Fulfils KSF outline for Midwife practitioner
- post registration experience including relevant experience on the Labour Ward/Birth centre
Desirable
- Prep for Mentorship course or equivalent
- BSc or working towards Newborn examination
