We are seeking a Complex Trauma Workshop Part II Facilitator who will be responsible for delivering the Complex Trauma Workshop Part II with a co-facilitator as part of our newly formed Mental Health Together team.
Hybrid working may be discussed and will be dependent upon service needs.
Location: North Kent Directorates (Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, Medway, Swale)
The post holder can be based at a KMPT office in one of the locations listed above within North Kent.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
Main duties of the job
To deliver and support the co-facilitation of the Complex Trauma Workshop Part II as part of the provision of Psychological Treatment Pathway delivery to adults within the Mental Health Together teams, across the localities served by Kent & Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. To contribute to the delivery of other workshops and group-based programmes across Mental Health Together and Mental Health Together

Job responsibilities
The Complex Trauma Workshop Part II Facilitator will be responsible for delivering the Complex Trauma Workshop Part II with a co-facilitator as part of our newly formed Mental Health Together team.
The Complex Trauma Workshop Part II is included in one of our newly transformed treatment pathways, delivering psychoeducation material to service users, and is open to their carers and families also.
It is a three-hour, face-to-face workshop based upon Polyvagal Theory, offered in a group setting to patients entering the Complex Emotional Difficulties Treatment Pathway. In addition, the post-holder may offer input to other groups and/or workshops within Mental Health Together and Mental Health Together+ The workshops are delivered county-wide including in our East, North and West Kent Directorates. Full training will be given.
