This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of an established multi-disciplinary team. You will be an integral part of the team on the unit , where you will use your clinical expertise to manage a caseload of patients and provide support to junior members of the therapy team. You will also work in new and innovative ways with partner organizations, working in partnership with secondary care ensuring that the community beds are used efficiently.

You will be based in the inpatient unit at Teddington Memorial Hospital, where you will use your experience and clinical expertise to ensure that the team delivers high quality, holistic patient care.
