We are looking to welcome a clinical specialist SLT to work within community adult services, providing dysphagia and communication assessment and treatment for both inpatients and outpatients in a range of settings. This includes our network of community hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing and patient homes.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have experience of working within multi professional teams, supporting patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders. Experience of providing leadership in advance care planning, and eating and drinking at risk discussions is desirable. You will be joining a small team of highly motivated and committed SLTs and SLTAs working in one of the most beautiful areas of the UK, with a leadership team which has been nationally recognised for its compassionate leadership. There will be opportunities to extend and develop your own leadership and mentoring skills.
