An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Director of Nursing, AHP and Quality to join the Nursing & Quality Team to provide professional leadership to our Nursing and Allied Health Professional workforce.
Main duties of the job
You will support the Executive Director of Nursing and Quality in the delivery of key Trust Strategy's including patient safety, clinical governance, patient experience and safeguarding. You will be responsible for providing effective professional leadership and direction for nursing and AHPs, at all levels within the organisation, with a strong focus on improving all aspects of quality.

You will be a registered nurse (mental health or learning disabilities) with a Masters Degree (or equivalent) in a health related subject and evidence of continuing professional development. You will possess extensive managerial experience at a senior level in the NHS and be able to provide evidence of strong leadership and extensive change management experience. With highly developed leadership and influencing skills you will possess the ability to motivate, engage with and build confidence with colleagues at all levels across the Trust and with external partners and stakeholders.
