If the answer is yes then your next career opportunity could be working with us at Midland Partnership Foundation Trust within our Adult Learning Disability Directorate across South Staffordshire.
This exciting newly developed post will give you the opportunity to work alongside medics in the team and provide specialist assessments and nursing interventions to Adults with Learning Disabilities with complex mental health needs. You will be expected to lead on the development of the ANP clinic, working inline with the STOMP agenda and Physical Health Monitoring Pathway.

Our second annual Service User and Carer Survey (2021) received many positive comments including: “Excellent service” “The staff are always helpful” “They are always there for us when needed” “Mega good” “Always supportive and they know what to do if there are any issues.” We are keen to attract applicants who can support us to continue and expand upon the excellent work our teams deliver everyday.
